This Privacy policy explains how we use the personal information/data collected either via email or in our office from you.


Personal information is any information that can be used to identify you or that can be linked to you. By personal information, we mean:

In case it’s a physical person: name, address, phone number, email, nationality, business interest and employment history (where necessary).

In case it’s a moral person: Name of company, incorporation number, taxpayer’s number, contact details (address, phone number, email)


We use personal data to respond to queries, provide legal advice, update clients on the progress of their files, give updates on our practice and events, communicate newsletters, share vital information, employment purposes.

However, it is your right to instruct us not to use your personal data for any of the above reasons.


Following Law N°90/059 of 19th December 1990 organizing practice at the Bar and Arrêté n°41/DPJ/S4/MJ of 12th April 2005 homologating the Internal Regulations at the Bar, information shared between a lawyer and his client shall be considered as confidential. Such information shall not be divulged to third parties except with the consent of the client or mandated to do so under certain conditions as provided by the same law.

Nevertheless, we might be compelled to share your personal information with financial institutions in case of any invoicing or payment to be processed.
