Samuel Kenmoue
Samuel is a senior paralegal at the firm. He holds a Masters degree in Business Law and other online certifications in Business law related courses. He intervenes in most corporate and commercial transactions, company secretarial duties, contract and corporate audits, regulatory compliance, employment related issues and Litigation. He is well versed with OHADA practice and procedures as well as corporate related aspects under OHADA laws. He has participated in various legal advice the firm has provided to key clients in the Telecommunication, Agribusiness, gaming and fintech industry. An avid of probono research work, he actively participates in probono cases handled by the firm.
